First Meeting With You-We will walk through your home to get a good idea of what needs to be done to get your home sold quickly and at the highest price. We will go over prices of other homes that have sold in your neighborhood. Also we will want you to gather information, such as upgrades that you have done to the home so we can be prepared when the appraiser shows up. If repairs are needed, we have several qualified contractors and painters that can help you with this process.
Staging Your Home: We will walk through your home, room by room and help you stage or call in our professional stager to get your home ready to looks its very best.
Professional Photographer-We will come with our photographer to make sure that the final touches we have made will photograph well including a few last minute ideas at the photographers request to ensure that your home looks the best that it can be.
Paperwork for Listing- At the first meeting, we will leave disclosures for you to fill out so that we can pick them up the day we come for pictures. By that time we will have decided on price etc. Your lockbox and sign will be installed that day.
You Home is On The Market- Your home will be on over 500 websites, Virtual Tour and on Social Media and our phone will be ringing off the hook with agents requesting showings. We will also bring a caravan of agents through the home if no offers in the first few weeks. Also we provide agent luncheons.
Contract to a Successful Closing-Once we have a binding contract, we will help you through the buyer’s inspection, meeting the appraiser to ensure a good appraisal on your home and stay in close contact with buyers lender. Then on to closing with HAPPY Buyers and Sellers.
